What types of paintings can I choose from on the website?
All the paintings displayed on this website are my (Aliz Edit Kurfis) contemporary artworks, 100% hand-painted and unique.Each piece is created to serve as both a work of art and a decorative element for interior spaces. Every painting is crafted on high-quality, multiple-layered primed canvas, stretched over a sturdy wooden frame, using professional acrylic paints. Visible brushstrokes and palette knife textures, characteristic of my technique, make each piece truly distinctive. Every painting is signed and numbered. When you purchase from me, you can be certain that you are acquiring an original artwork, not a cheap digital print that could appear anywhere, but a genuine, one-of-a-kind creation..
How can I purchase the painting I’ve selected?
You can purchase any selected painting directly online by adding it to your cart on the website. If you prefer, you can also email me at info@artlizdesign.hu and we will coordinate everything. Through this email or the contact form, you can also place a custom order, which naturally involves more consultation.
Occasionally, it is possible to purchase my exhibited paintings in person; for details, please contact me via email or phone.

How will I receive my ordered painting?
Shipping within Hungary is FREE.
Your order will be carefully packaged (gift wrapping available upon request) and delivered to the provided address within a short timeframe. For paintings under 100 cm, delivery is via GLS courier service or personal hand delivery. Ennél nagyobb méret esetén saját kis furgonnal, mely díja szintén INGYENES.
Additionally, you have the option to pick up your order in person at a pre-arranged time in Szada, where a limited selection of other artworks can also be viewed.
What payment methods are available?
Paintings ordered through the webshop can be paid most easily by credit card or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is also available. For in-person pickups, payment in cash is an option as well.
How can I hang the painting on my wall?
Most paintings are delivered on stretched canvas with a wooden stretcher frame, allowing them to be hung immediately using a simple nail, screw, or hook at the frame. This is a practical solution, as the artwork sits flush against the wall.
It is also possible to use picture hangers, although they are less commonly needed for unframed paintings for the reasons mentioned above.
Paintings can be custom-framed along with the stretcher frame. In this case, the hanging method is determined by the frame itself. Framing enhances the visual impact of the artwork and can also make the piece appear larger. For high-quality framing, I recommend consulting a professional framer, or you can request my assistance—I can suggest elegant frames that complement the paintings beautifully.

How can I order a custom painting?
You can order a custom painting by contacting me at info@artlizdesign.hu or by filling out the contact form. We will discuss the size, colors, and style, and I will send you progress photos of the work until we achieve the perfect result for you. The entire process typically takes 3–8 weeks..

How do I choose the right painting and size for my space?
If a painting on the website immediately catches your eye, the decision is simple. However, if you want to consciously choose a piece that fits perfectly or order a custom work, it’s worth keeping a few sizing guidelines in mind::
– for abstract styles, larger sizes usually work best,
– when placing a painting above a sofa or bed, the ideal width is approximately 2/3 of the furniture’s length,
– if arranging multiple paintings, leave about 5–6 cm of space between them.

Which colors can I select from?
My premium paints are available in a wide range of colors, and I can mix almost any shade you need.
In my artworks, I mainly use blended, muted tones – these integrate beautifully into most interiors. Sometimes, it’s enough for the painting to echo just a few colors already present in the space.
If you’re aiming for complete harmony, I’m happy to work with specific color codes (e.g. RAL, NCS) or material samples. During an on-site consultation, I can also assist with accurate color matching in person.
Tip:Consider metallic accents – a touch of gold, silver or bronze can often elegantly tie the painting into your space, reflecting details such as lighting, handles or fixtures.
How long does it take to complete a custom artwork?
The entire process from initial consultation and providing a quote to receiving the advance payment typically takes around 3–8 weeks. This timeframe may vary, for example, before the holiday season or if a special color or canvas size needs to be sourced. All details are confirmed with you at the time of ordering.
What if I like a painting that has already been sold?
I cannot create an exact copy of a painting, as every artwork is unique and unrepeatable. However, I can produce a very similar piece in terms of style, colors, and quality – even in a different size. It is always very helpful for me to know which artworks appeal to my clients, as this makes the process easier and ensures the result aligns with your vision.
Do I get a discount if I order multiple paintings?
Returning customers or those purchasing multiple paintings may be eligible for a discount. For details, please contact me through one of my provided contact methods.
Can I return the painting if it doesn’t match my expectations or is damaged?
